DOC and ATLAS-TITAN sign co-operation agreement
On December 22nd 2011, Mr. Franz Vollmer – managing partner of ATLAS TITAN GmbH and Mr. Lars Schmidl – managing director of ATLAS TITAN Bremen GmbH together with Mr. Jörg Engicht and Mr. Oliver Spalthoff – both managing partners of Deutsche Offshore Consult GmbH, signed a co-operation agreement. By taking this step both companies aim at combining their expertise within the offshore wind energy future market and expanding their product portfolio.
DOC is an independent consulting company and offers technical and commercial offshore project expertise with core competences in planning, implementation and controlling of the critical sub-projects “submarine cable” and “foundations” as well as the respective interfaces.
ATLAS TITAN, founded by managers with long-standing experience from established companies in 2006, offers a team of highly qualified specialists which accompanies the client during all phases of challenging projects from conception to realization. Besides technology consulting in the sector of automotive, plant and traffic engineering as well as conventional consulting, ATLAS TITAN provides consulting services in the medical and research sector. The long-standing professional and multifaceted experience of ATLAS TITAN employees is complemented by having implemented highly developed procedures for the selection and development of human resources, assuring highest consulting and project management quality. By having entered into this cooperation ATLAS TITAN would like to extend its activities into the prospering future market of offshore wind energy together with and relying on DOC and its excellent industry knowledge and expert know-how.
Together, ATLAS TITAN and DOC will be positioned more broadly in terms of content thus enabling both companies to extend their scope of services as well as to shoulder considerably more complex projects. Further two arguments which both companies could not neglect are the consolidated number of nearly 180 experienced specialists as well as 8 nationwide locations from now on.
